By participating in any fitness class offered by Fabulous At Any Age, I acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I confirm that I am in adequate physical condition to participate and will inform the instructor of any health conditions or limitations. I release Fabulous At Any Age and Radojka Barycki from any liability for injury, illness, or loss arising from my participation. I understand this waiver is a condition of participation.
